For those who like to focus besides tennis on their fitness, we implemented into our program hight intensity tennis routine. It’s a combination of tennis strokes and intense hitting and footwork.
It’s a good addition to those players who like break more sweat on the court and do some intense strokes hitting or to do either short rapid exercise which some strength training combination where we get your heart rate quickly up to improve you anaerobic fitness or training with long rallies and drills where your heart rate will be steady to improve you aerobic fitness.
