Adult Group Lessons

Adult Tennis classes are group lessons, tailored to those who want to learn the basics and/or brush up on their skills. These sessions are a great way for adult players to learn and continue their tennis progression in social and friendly coaching environment.

Our experienced coaches teach the fundamentals of the sport including; grips, stroke correction, strategy, footwork, rules and etiquette. Drills and games are designed to get you moving, and either if its with 3 players or more, you are guaranteed a great session.

Characteristics:

  • Court positioning on the court (singles, doubles)
  • Contact moves (footwork before, during and after contact with the ball)
  • Recovery

Kids Group Lessons

Kids group classes are fun and interactive as your child will get to participate in activities designed to foster teamwork, develop balance, improve hand-eye coordination and agility.

We make use of kids-appropriate equipment such as modified balls and nets to allow the children to learn tennis at their own place and develop the proper fundamentals. Read more about Kids and Junior Program.

Characteristics:

  • Special equipment with yellow sponge or red, orange or grenn tennis balls
  • Coordination work for the youngest, in the form of a game
  • A gradual increase in skills, adopted to toddlers` motor skills and balance
