Pavel Suchy
Driven by passion, and with more than 20 years in tennis coaching industry Pavel learns as much as possible about his clients and tries to help them with their game. His methodology is customized to each client. He pays attention to the smallest details because they often make the biggest differences.
Pavel comes from Czech Republic and established himself in Singapore for more then a decade. He has played tennis circuit in Czech Republic and Austria and received MEAC USA Collage Division I accolades.
During his international tennis coaching stints, he had the opportunity to work with juniors such as Medison Keys or Ajla Tomljanovic.
Notable brands that Pavel has worked with are Chris Evert Tennis Academy in Boca Raton, Florida where he also get involved with USPTA programs.

Arlo Sanchez Sequino
Arlo Sanchez Sequino is a passionate and dedicated tennis coach whose love for the sport began at the age of six. From a competitive junior player to an inspiring mentor, Arlo’s journey in tennis has been one of growth, commitment, and a deep desire to help others reach their potential. His transition into coaching in 2005 marked the beginning of a fulfilling career dedicated to nurturing talent, fostering personal growth, and creating a positive, encouraging atmosphere for players of all ages and skill levels.
With a strong background in both regional and international competition, Arlo achieved the #7 ranking in the national juniors’ category, demonstrating his skill, dedication, and passion for the game. Over the years, he has had the privilege of coaching at various prestigious tennis programs in the Philippines and Singapore. He has coached school teams, both primary and secondary, in the Philippines, and in Singapore, where his leadership helped secure a victory in the National School Games (NSG) in 2021.
Arlo’s coaching philosophy revolves around creating a holistic development approach for each player, focusing not only on improving tennis skills but also on mental resilience, confidence, and motivation. He believes in the power of positive reinforcement to inspire players to push their limits and grow as individuals both on and off the court.
A former collegiate tennis player, Arlo served as the captain of his team and earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, majoring in Banking & Finance, at the University of Cebu, Philippines. With over 24 years of coaching experience, Arlo is now excited to bring his expertise and passion to SUPA Tennis Academy, where he aims to continue his mission of guiding players to success, both in tennis and in life.
